Paradigm Productions Group is a full service audio visual and production company that provides Audio, Video, Lighting, and Creative Services. Our goal is to provide outstanding service through attention to detail, timely communication and execution, and building relationships that last.

We are based in Orlando, Florida. However, no matter the location, we ensure skilled labor and optimized equipment for your event. We work nationwide and can service your creative and technical needs without skipping a beat. We have complementary partnerships that enable us to react locally (should there be any last minute additions). Our core team always prepares and delivers a customized approach for your event.

Paradigm Productions Group manages and communicates all practices with selected partners, vendors, and venue(s).

PLANNING AND LOGISTICS

The day to day management of conferences of all sizes involves employing a leadership team, defining roles and responsibilities and providing to the company a key contact and point person for all event logistics.

This begins in preproduction with a core team to establish Communication Schedules, Critical Paths, Production Schedules, and Event Master Documents.  As the event nears, the elements are assigned to the appropriate leader of each department unit, to be followed through on and executed onsite.

In the early preproduction stage, staff members will be assigned.  Working closely with clients, these members will develop the required schedules to successfully produce the event.

This leadership team will meet every day onsite prior to the start of the event and every evening to ensure all transitions are seamless.

    BRIAN LEWIS PRESIDENT

    Brian Lewis is a 20 year veteran, who started his hospitality industry career in Washington, DC / Virginia area hotels and then transitioned into technical audio visual positions with PSAV at such prestigious hotels as the Grand Hyatt Washington, DC, Hyatt Bethesda and at the 5 star Fairmont Washington, DC (formerly ANA Hotel).

    Brian eventually became the Director of Audio Visual Services for over four different properties. He also served as the Director of Sales for Swank Audio Visuals. Brian then partnered with Access Audio Visuals and opened up their Orlando branch and served as Southeast Region General Manager, handling Sales, project management, budget, show concept design and client relations.

  • ROB MERRICK
    ROB MERRICK VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS

    Rob Merrick, another 20 year veteran, who started with Swank Audio Visuals as a technician, eventually becoming Technical Director. Rob spent several years independently designing and managing events nationwide for a number of Corporations and national Associations, both large and small. Rob has gained tremendous experience in all aspects of technical staging which add to his core skill sets of pre-production and planning, brand conscious set designs, technical drawings, proper equipment selection, and overall event oversight ensuring seamlessness with vendors and avoidance of unnecessary cost overruns.

Together Brian and Rob have collaborated on a number of highly successful projects for several years. They have a mutual commitment to creatively partnering and working toward common goals. Over the years they have become personally invested in the success of their clients events. By forming Paradigm Productions group, they have committed to strong Client Relationships, providing years of experience, a trusted team of knowledgeable technical professionals, and strict financial oversight of their client’s budgets.
